Swedan
It means medicated steam is given to body. It reduces pain as well as stiffness. For Panchakarma therapy like Vaman & Virechan, Swedan is used as pre procedure.
Indications

- Common cold, Laryngitis, Pharyngitis, Tonsillitis.
- Hic cough, Asthma.
- Heaviness of body.
- Paralysis, Cerebral palsy, nerve disorders.
- Myopathy &ndash Muscle Atrophy, Contracture of Joints.
- Locked Jaw, Sciatica.
- Obesity.
